Wen Cong Xue is a young baritone from China, born on November 24, 1998, in Weihai, Shandong.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance and Opera from the Central Conservatory of Music (Class of 2016), under the tutelage of tenors Deng Xiaojun and Professor Ma Honghai.
Master’s degree in Vocal Performance from the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg (Class of 2021), studying with Metropolitan Opera soprano Carolyn Grace James.
Currently pursuing a diploma/doctoral degree in vocal performance at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg (Class of 2023).
